Feel free to move through the course as quickly or slowly as you like, though completing no more than one lesson a day is recommended in order to give time for integration. For those who want more, we provide plenty of optional materials at the end of each lesson.
You are welcome to share any information provided in these lessons with others and spread the inspiration. However, please be aware that this empowering course is designed to be studied consecutively, so we ask everyone interested in exploring the whole course to start at the beginning.
